Source Document: Illinois Land Grant #19806 dated 12/10/1818 indicates that Benjamin Rines was the son and heir of the deceased Ambrose Rines, who was in the War of 1812. Also, Illinois Land Grant #19993 dated Dec. 14, 1818 indicates that Benjamin Rines was the brother and heir of the deceased Daniel Rines, who was in the War of 1812.
